PhD
My research will focus on understanding the functional mechanisms that underlie lifespan changes in cognitive functions. Specifically, the aim will be to elucidate the mechanisms of reorganization and stability of functional and structural connections that underlie both impairment and preservation of cognition throughout the entire life. My interest is to understand the cellular and molecular mechanisms associated with functional connectivity. My supervisors are: researcher Didac Vidal Pineiro and Professor Anders M. Fjell.
